                               RESOLUTION NO. 19645
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF AN 
                   AGREEMENT WITH EMERSON ASSOCIATES, L.P., 
                   RELATIVE TO THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA'S SALE 
                   OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED 
                   HEREINBELOW, TO EMERSON ASSOCIATES, L.P. FOR 
                   A CONSIDERATION OF EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($80,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified the 
       execution of an Agreement with Emerson Associates, L.P., relative 
       to the City of Chattanooga's sale of certain property more fully 
       described in the Agreement, which is attached hereto and 
       incorporated herein by reference, to Emerson Associates, L.P. for 
       a consideration of $80,000.00.
